SMS Messaging Program
Polk Community Development Corporation ("Polk CDC") provides optional text messaging communications to individuals who choose to receive SMS messages from us. Our SMS program provides timely information related to Polk CDC programs, services, housing opportunities, and communications.
Types of Messages You May Receive
Messages may include housing program application updates, appointment reminders, home inspection scheduling, maintenance requests and work order communications, resident and community notifications, Energy Trust of Oregon program communications, weatherization services, energy assessments, loan and program servicing reminders, and other service-related communications.
Eligibility and Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and voluntarily opting in, you authorize Polk CDC to send SMS messages. SMS consent is optional and is not required to apply for programs, request services, or receive assistance.
