Polk Community Development Corporation is committed to providing the members of Polk County safe, high-quality housing opportunities. We do this in various ways, some of which include: providing housing to limited income families, after school programs to local children, saving families’ homes from foreclosure, providing opportunities for first-time home-buyers, loans to assist in home rehab projects, and most currently we are in the process of creating housing for homeless veterans.

Your donations help achieve our vision of fair and affordable housing for everyone in our community. 100% of all donations made to Polk CDC will go directly towards individuals and families in need within our community. Thank you!
