Polk CDC offers affordable homes and services for populations that need it the most. These populations include families, working adults, seniors, veterans and people with disabilities, and persons living with addictions.
Polk CDC partners with a variety of organizations to provide support and services to these individuals and families in order to achieve their life goals. These partners include Polk County Behavioral Health Services, Polk County Drug Court, and a variety of local drug and alcohol treatment facilities. We also work with residential treatment facilities for persons with serious, persistent mental illness and with organizations – such as Partnerships in Community Living (PCL), Sunny Oaks Inc., and others – which provide services for persons with developmental disabilities.
