Polk CDC offers free first-time homebuyer counseling to Polk County residents. For current Polk County homeowners, we also offer preliminary counseling for persons facing foreclosure or delinquency which includes referrals for loss mitigation services. Classes For First Time Homeownership

Individual Development Accounts (IDA): The Valley Individual Development Account (VIDA) collaborative helps Polk CDC provide prospective homeowners with a 3-to-1 match on savings towards a down-payment. Learn more on the Regional Housing Center section of our site.
