The Polk-Yamhill Regional Housing Center—a partnership between Polk CDC and Yamhill County Affordable Housing Corporation (YCAHC)—offers classes, counseling, and Resource Centers in Dallas and McMinnville. First-Time Homebuyer Counseling
Interested in buying a home, but don’t know where to start? Our Housing Program Manager can help you make an individualized plan to improve your credit, pay-down your debt, and save for your down-payment. She can also sit-in on meetings with your lenders, help you review loan documents, and make sure that you understand the process of safely and sustainably purchasing your first home.

Foreclosure Prevention
Facing foreclosure or worried about mortgage default? Call us. We can help you review your situation and, if necessary, refer you to a credible, experienced foreclosure counselor for in-depth assistance. Whether or not you decide to keep your home, the Polk-Yamhill Regional Housing Center can help you work with your servicer and find the best options for your situation.
