Polk CDC has been invited to participate in the development of the Spirit Mountain Community Fund's 2010 Annual Report
Polk Community Development Corporation (Polk CDC), as a prior grantee for Jen's Place in Dallas (a drug and alcohol free housing development for single parents in recovery and their children) Polk CDC has been invited to participate in the development of the Spirit Mountain Community Fund's 2010 Annual Report.
Participating in a special writing workshop was Rita Grady, Executive Director of Polk CDC, and Michelle Rey, a prior tenant at Woodbridge Meadow in Dallas and currently the On Site Manager, employed by Cascade Management, for Rickreall Creek Townhomes, another multi-family property in Dallas developed and owned by Polk CDC and its partners.
All of the above projects were funded through partnerships with Oregon Housing and Community Services, Enterprise, National Equity Fund (NEF), Network of Oregon Affordable Housing (NOAH) and Wells Fargo. Stay tuned for more information.
