Welcome to the Polk CDC Resident Services page! My name is Celina Davila, Housing Program Manager and Resident Services Coordinator for Polk Community Development Corporation.

It is my job to help Polk CDC tenants maintain stability, improve their rental housing experience, and build assets and skills for the future. I coordinate programs just for you, including:

Financial Fitness and ABCs of Homebuying Workshops
The Valley Individual Development Account (VIDA) program
Budget, Credit, and Homebuyer Counseling
Tenant Stability & Eviction Prevention Counseling
Youth Programs
Special Events (BBQs, holiday parties, movie nights, etc.)
