Lane Shetterly, Board President

Current Polk CDC Board President Lane Shetterly is a public and private sector attorney based in Dallas. He is also a former State Representative for Oregon’s 23rd Legislative District and a former Director of the Oregon Department of Conservation and Development. Mr. Shetterly was a founding Polk CDC Board Member in 1989 and was elected as Board President in 2008.

Ric Weaver, Board Vice President

Board Vice President Ric Weaver brings over 20 years of affordable housing experience to the Polk CDC board. He is a former Executive Director of the Polk County Housing Authority and retired Deputy Director of Housing Authority Risk Retention Pool (HARRP), a risk management company serving housing authorities. Heavily involved in Polk CDC activities since 1989 as Board Secretary and a member of the Housing Authority staff, Mr. Weaver became a Polk CDC Board Member in 1998 and was elected as Board Vice President in 2005.

Nedra Firestone, Board Member and Board President Emeritus

Nedra Firestone was the founding president of the Polk CDC Board of Directors and served in that role for nearly 20 years. She is a retired Certified Housing Manager from the Polk County Housing Authority and a life member of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO). In 2009, her years of service to the organization were recognized with a crystal award given at Polk CDC’s 20th Anniversary celebration. Mrs. Firestone continues to serve as a board member, dedicated volunteer, and as Chair of the Children’s Fund Committee.

Bob Hevener, Board Member

Bob Hevener is a local real estate broker and owner of Cursor Control Inc., a national community development and housing software company. He joined the Polk CDC Board in 1990.

Zellee Allen, Board Member

Zellee Allen is Executive Director of Partnerships in Community Living, Inc. (PCL), a Monmouth-based non-profit dedicated to expanding the horizons and enhancing the quality of life for those they support. He has been a Polk CDC Board Member since 2008.

Cristina Oliveros-Fults, Board Member

Cristina Oliveros-Fults is a local real estate agent. She has been a member of the Polk CDC Board since 2008.

Kate Cooper Richardson, Board Member

Kate Cooper Richardson is Deputy Director and Policy Chief for the Child Support Division of the Oregon Department of Justice. She has also been Program Manager for the Governor’s Economic Recovery Executive Team and Chief of Staff for Oregon’s Deputy State Treasurer. Ms. Richardson joined the Polk CDC Board in 2008.
